Hello, I’m Shannon Larissa Claussen, the heart behind Wimberley Sound Bath.

I offer private sound bath and Reiki sessions in Wimberley, Texas for individuals, couples, and small groups who are longing for rest, reconnection, and a quiet space to return to themselves.

Rooted in Nature

I have always felt most at home outside — among trees, gardens, sunlight, soil, and open sky.

Nature has been one of my greatest teachers. She reminds me that healing is not always linear. Sometimes it is seasonal. Sometimes it is slow. Sometimes it begins with simply feeling safe enough to soften.

That reverence for the natural world is woven into the way I hold space. I believe rest, rhythm, beauty, and belonging are not separate from healing — they are part of it.

A Path Through Sound

Sound came into my life as part of my own healing path.

The gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and Reiki became ways of listening more deeply — to my body, my nervous system, my grief, my joy, and the parts of myself that were ready to be met with more tenderness.

Over time, what began as personal practice became something I felt called to share with others.

The Space I Hold

My work is gentle, intuitive, grounded, and trauma-aware.

I create sound experiences for people who may feel overwhelmed, sensitive, tired, tender, or simply in need of quiet. In this space, you do not have to perform, explain, talk through anything, or arrive in any particular way.

You are invited to lie down, receive, breathe, listen, and allow the sound to support a sense of softening and inner spaciousness.

My Intention

My intention is to create the conditions for rest, presence, and reconnection — a space where the body can settle, the mind can quiet, and the soul can feel welcomed back into the room.

I am, always, a student first — of life, sound, nature, embodiment, and the quiet intelligence of the body.

Welcome

You are welcome here exactly as you are.
